How do I track my order?
Once your shipment has been created, you will receive an email from Stamps.com with your tracking number.
What are your delivery options?
You can pick up from the boutique in Springfield, NJ, or I will ship either First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the items and weight.
How do I return an item?
Send me an email at byjessicaeve@gmail.com to initiate a return.
Do you provide International delivery?
Not at this time.
What is the return policy?
I want you to love your Honey & Lace purchase. If you need to return the item I will gladly offer an exchange for your items within 7 days of purchase. All items must be in new unworn condition with all tags attached, free of any smells. Customer pays all shipping fees. You will receive a credit to shop with me in the amount which you paid. The credit must be used within 90 days.
